a. Bachelor of Information Technology / Management
b. A minimum GPA of 3.0
c. Being able to use a PC and its applications, especially Windows 7 professional suite (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)
d. Master some basic configuration of hardware, LAN and WAN
